Details:
1-Product Packing: 20FT containers.
2-The loading Port is MISURATA PORT LIBYA.
3- Discharging Port: China Main Port (Shanghai, Chiwan, Ningbo, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Qingdao , Dalian, Yantian),in case of changing the port we will agree for that.
4- Weighting, Sampling and Analysis: by INTERTEK Inspection.
5- Price: $..... per metric ton CFR, main port China.
6-Delivery: from 10 days of the acceptance of L/C.
7-Quantity: the first quantity sold by the seller shall be 15,000 MTS±10%.
8- Numbers of containers per shipment will be from 450 to 600 Containers.
9-The Payment: 100% irrevocable letter of credit negotiable at sight at seller’s bank; North Africa International Bank.
10-We don’t accept L/C which is not confirmed, even the negotiation and the payment are in seller’s Bank.

12-Price Adjustment:
The percentage of Fe: 65.00%
If Fe percent exceeds 65%, 1.5$will be added for each1%Fe above.
If Fe percent is less than 65%, 1.5$will be reduced for each 1%Fe below.
If Fe percent is less than 62%, rejection of material.
13-The Product Documentation
1- 3/3 Bill of Loading. Mark freight prepaid clean on board.
2- 3/3 Commercial Invoice.
3- 2/2 Certificates of Quality issued by INTERTEK/ COTECNA.
4- 2/2 Certificate of weight issued by INTERTEK/ COTECNA.
5- Certificate from the Seller advising shipment (L/C number, containers number, name of vessel, quantity, etc.). This certificate must be sending to the fax number of buyer ............................ within3 working days after shipment.
6- Certificate from the Seller informing the sending of all product documentation within 5working days after shipment.
7- 1/2Packing list describing containers number, quantity, the name of commodity.
8- 1/2Certificate of origin.
